T & H Batteries pulled it out of the bag for me recently and if they hadn't I probably wouldn't have done a review anyway. I like to review the positive and I had to return a small battery typically the size used for electric start generators. It was our fault on providing T & H on what type we needed and usually I think their policy is no refunds unless defective but don't quote me on this. A lot of these battiers have delicate components on them so I do understand why. They did accept my return and the box tape sealed connectors all were intact no damage, how I had purchased the item. Horrible customer service younger guy answered phone calls is absolutely waste of time rude ignorance getto attitude garbage customer service skills employees glide this shouldn't provide service public stay out this business way to expensive.

went and bought a refurbished battery, within less than 2 months the battery needed to be jumped, took it back and they used their tester and it’s was dead, they replaced it under warranty. the second didn’t even last a month, took it back and the older lady said that something was wrong with my car, she was saying it was my alternator. test my alternator and it was working fine, keeping the battery voltage at 12 V while operating but she still didn’t want to replace it and kept stating it was my car that was draining the battery. ended up buying a battery from autozone 6 months ago and haven’t had one issue. will never go back. should of gotten a new battery instead of wasting time and mone…

Thought I'd give refurbished route a try and support a small business,big mistake. Bought a battery, it was dead the next day. Took it back, the nice lady tested it and confirmed it was dead. Replaced that battery. Within a week I needed a jump and have had to put it on a charger every night since then, just to at least get my money's worth. Today I went to A. Z. AND spent double what I paid here, but we'll worth it to eliminate any more headaches and that feeling of every time I'd have to wonder if my car would start.. never go the cheap route when it comes to crucial getaways.
